Has my ddog had a stroke?

Moved house recently.. Ddog hates the change. She has become totally deaf now not just partially. Listless at times. Not off her food but not snatching treats with gusto as was usual method... Bit wobbly on her right side.. Vet nurse offered no thoughts. Said she seemed fine (nail cut appointment).. Walked fine out for 45 mins today. Walks past us as in pushes past at home (reassurance? /gain balance?) has a slight head tilt vet nurse wasn't concerned about. Will see vet at earliest appointment. At vaccinations appointment in November she wasn't like this....
She was 11 in October..

Could be a vestibular episode

I agree with PP. Sounds like a vestibular episode. Vivitonin is the medication my dog had, which restores normal blood circulation in the brain.

She has a wart in her ear and has gone from partial deaf to deaf in a few weeks. Vet nurse (cleaned her ears out also) said to go back if she was still 'off'... Will they want to do tests before trying medication? She only ticks a few boxes for vd... Not that off balance and no sickness. Can manage outside for the loo etc..
