Before and after pictures added. I can't take him seriously anymore! Lol

But the real issue is he's so cold, nonstop shaking and he's started peeing in the house, I've put his coat on for the garden but he just wants to come inside. Then he pees and poos. Any advice?

I can't quite tell from the pictures, but does your dog have a double coat?

If so, then clipping will destroy its insulating qualities. You'll need to put him in a jumper/fleece in the short term, and never go back to this groomer again.

Double coated dogs need to be hand stripped (so that they have both the longer wiry hairs for waterproofing and the shorter downy hairs for insulation). Clip them and they just don't work together properly and the dog will be chilly and soaked to the skin when wet. A double coat will "blow" ie loosen, so old hair can be stripped out completely painlessly. Some dogs are a bit ticklish on their legs and towards their belly and round their necks, so clipping/scissoring there is ok if the rest of their fur is providing the right weatherproofing.
