Dog vulva red and swollen

Hello all, before I can get a vet appointment. Can anyone shed any light on my dogs rather swollen and red vulva? Could it be that she’s coming into heat? Still urinating fine, doesn’t seem to be in any pain, still eating/drinking as normal.

How old is she? Has she had a season before? It looks like it could be.

I'd assume she's coming into heat, is it due?

I don't recall my female dogs ever swelling up this much (they weren't spayed so did have Seasons) but this was my first thought too.

My guess would be about to come into heat
