Can anyone let me know how much teeth cleaning costs if undertaken by vets with sedation.

I have been quoted £800 which feels steep.

Both my elderly dogs had to have dental clean a couple of months ago. I used Animal Trust which is a not for profit vet practice, they have a few dotted around the country. Fees for both were just under £900 and included whatever needed extracted / deep cleaned within a 45 minute procedure. I would hate to think my dogs had tooth ache. My little dog was on his second dental procedure, he had 10 extractions a couple of years ago despite being raw fed for most of his life and never having anything remotely sugary, or human food.

Thanks. Am going to shop around! Sounds like we are very much top end!

Blimey! Think it would be cheaper to bring your dog on holiday to Spain and have it done here! Last time a vet cleaned my dog’s teeth under GA, it cost €100!
