Osteosarcoma possibility

Hi,
Looking to see if anyone has heard of a dog having two osteosarcomas growing at the same time on both front legs?
Our dog has been in for a scan due to a lump on his front left leg at the joint. While being x rayed they've found that there is a growth on his other front leg at the same joint. Does this make it more likely that its arthritis? He's 10 years old and a spaniel.
The scan is going to a specialist, they've said it would be super unlucky if it is osteosarcomas so they haven't ruled it out. Absolute sick with worry.
Our dog is acting absolutely fine otherwise, still eating like normal and has a limp that comes and goes.

Hi. How is your dog now? I am investigating intermittent limp in my dog

Hi,
So they haven't really gotten to the bottom of it other than (thankfully!) its not cancerous. The limp is gone, I think he had injured himself at the time but he does still have a swollen joint so it's looking like it's arthritis. It also doesn't seem to be bothering him at the moment so we'll keep an eye on it.
It's not always worst case scenario thank god!
