Blue poo?? WARNING gross pic of poo

My puppy had had the below poo, I didn't watch it coming out so don't actually know if he pood on something blue, or if part of his poo was blue. It seems unlikely that it's from him, surely the rest of the poo would be blue? I'm on hold to vets as worried.

He doesn't have access to poisons in garden and I keep my eye on him ALL the time.

Next doors cat does eat the kids toys and shits in my garden, AND has worms so thid coukd be from her.

I guess what I'm asking is does this look like it's his poo, given the rest of it is brown

I’d guess that is a blue object that he’s eaten. Fabric maybe or a crayon as pp said

He’s eaten something that’s for sure , mine eats my earplugs and so we often find pink / yellow green objects - sure pup will be fine just watch for stuff being left laying around

That looks to me like a Nerf dart. Our old dog used to swallow them whole if DS left them in the garden and they'd come out unchanged much like that.

He's eaten something and has now shat it out.

He’s just eaten something that has come through now , these things happen . I will say though that his actual brown poo does look a bit soft / mushy so it may be worth looking at his diet in the longer term .

Doesn't look like blue poo to me, looks like he's done what many digs dogs do and eaten something he shouldn't.

That's not blue poo, that's something he's eaten and pooed out.

Give the turd a poke with a stick, that looks to me like something he's eaten he shouldn't and it's come out intact the other end.

My son does have a nerf gun but never ever plays with it and it is boxed away upstairs where puppy is not allowed on his own. I am also 99.9% sure his are grey!

We do have a neighbour with a young son though, so could have come from there. But again, I supervise him outside. He is never out of my sight dammit!

Vet suggested I could bring him in tomorrow for a scan but he seems ok so not sure what to do. He is his normal self

He's possibly pooed on a beef dart that was in your garden, or he ate it and it went straight through. I'd keep an eye on his poos tomorrow but I'd not be taking him to the vets over this.
From a lab mum who finds all sorts of stuff comes straight out the other end!

My dog once ate a whole J Cloth and poo-ed out just few inches. I had to pull out the rest, like a magician with a string of flags.
