Dog not sleeping

Hoping someone can offer some advice. I have two dogs, one male (2) and a female (3). They have always loved sleeping in their own room together, to the point that even if I bring them into my bed, when they get tired they'll scratch at my bedroom door to be let into their room. All of a sudden though my girl doesn't want to sleep in there and will scratch at the door and cry. I waited last night to see if she would settle and she wouldn't. The only time she will sleep is if she is in bed with us.

A bit of context, I'm pregnant - which I guess maybe why she wants to be around. When she sleeps in my bed my sleep is massively disrupted as she stops me from rolling and getting comfortable. Ideally I don't want them to get used to being in my bed either as when the baby is here I worry about them getting into the next to me crib, or the boy thinking it's time to play when I change a nappy, feed etc. through the night.

At the moment, no one is getting any sleep and I'm desperately looking for advice.

Note: we don't follow any negative reinforcement/punishment training.
