Bella and Toby company for dog things - are they scammers?

Ordered beds for our dog and friends dog on 22nd Sept. Not heard anything from them. Emailed. Nothing.
Posted on the FB, they deleted post.

Have I been scammed?

Sounds suspicious. Are they on companies house? All CEO emails are public. Email them

They are a registered company bit under a different name, doesn't appear to be company, specialising in doggie things. More a generic online.

These kept popping up on my Facebook feed too. Just looked again and they seemed to post quite regularly on Facebook, like every few days, and then nothing since 9 September... If you scroll back a bit there are a couple of angry face reactions on their posts so I wonder if other people have been disappointed too. I hope your bank can help.

I’ve had a couple of beds from them with no issues at all, arrived quickly and the dogs love them.
They are on Instagram too.

I get the impression that they kind of over advertised and took loads of orders that they had absolutely no way of fulfilling.

We had a dog bed from them about 6 months ago which we ordered and it turned up so they are not scammers. I remember it not being terribly quick though. I will also say that the quality was pretty bad and we’ve just replaced it with something more durable. We have a retriever though so maybe better with smaller dogs!
