Worms!

Hi everyone

I wormed my puppy at 13 weeks, taken him out and he has worms in poo again, very much alive and bigger than the rice size ones last time. Does that mean he needs more treatment or is it common to still be seeing them? This was 2 and a half weeks ago.

They really gross me out! I used what the vet gave

Some puppies need worming every 2 weeks for roundworm for a period of time. Roundworm can be passed from the mother across the placenta and in milk so some puppies can have large numbers.

Puppies often need worming every two weeks.
