When will my cavapoo stop growing

Our male cavapoo is 7 months old. There is a ruffwear harness we want which is currently in the sale. The XS girth is 17-22 inches and S is 22-27 inches. His girth is 21 inches so currently an XS. can anyone advise me if he likely to grow much more? He’s 10.5kg He hasn’t really put any weight on in the last month but he put on a lot on his summer vacation at the breeders so he has been slimming back down to his desired weight.

We don’t need the harness now but want to buy it whilst in the sale so it doesn’t really matter if it fits now or not.

I would go for the bigger one.

Get the small - it's very unlikely he'll have stopped growing at such a young age.
