Going from being with dog a lot to not being around in day

Hi all, I have an adult Border Terrier and we are very close. I generally have been out two days a week and have used a dog walker/ friends have had her etc. I am now retraining and in future will be out full time. She will be looked after by family/a good friend/ dog walker (daycare not an option for her as she can be scared of other dogs) and not left alone for more than half days (with a long walk first thing). I am starting to worry about the impact this would have. I would do good walks either side of when being out. She has a good relationship with family and friends who would mostly have her. But as ‘primary carer ‘ would the impact be bad? Anything I can do to mitigate? Has anyone got similar experience? Thanks
