Dog shaking

Hi all,

After a bit of advice (already saw vet this morning).

Dog 1yo has woken this morning and had diarrhoea in the house (once). Came downstairs and vomited yellow/ frothy ish a couple of times and has been very shaky mostly when standing. Not her usual self at all, looks very sad and wants to be left alone in her bed.

Took her to the vets first thing who said seems to have just eaten something that's not agreed with her tummy, this is very possible we have 2 young children and dog sometimes gets scraps accidentally! She did also ingest some 🤢 fox poop recently.

They gave an anti sickness shot and sent us on our way with watch and wait advice. She's home now and still very lethargic and shaking. Is this to be expected? She's still alert and responds to her name being called etc.

Thanks
