Vaccine booster - switched to lepto4

Dh took dog for annual booster yesterday at a new vet. Just looked at his vaccination card and he has been given Lepto4, whereas he previously had lepto2. A quick Google tells me if switching to the other vaccination he will need a 2nd vaccine 4 weeks later? Has anyone had to do this? He's supposed to be going into kennels start of September, I don't think they will take him if that's the case! Obviously will ring the vet when they open tomorrow to check.

Lepto 4 requires 2 vaccines 4 weeks apart for full coverage.

If the kennels does not require lepto 4 then you should still be fine though. For most kennels lepto 2 is accepted.
