Accidents at night

Our dog (2 yrs old) has recently started having poop accidents at night - not every week, but 2-3 times a week when it does happen, every few weeks.

Food has remained the same. Exercise the same. she started yumove for hip dysplasia during this time, but I assume she would be upset regularly if that was the case. Regularly wormed, has other medical conditions since birth that I can’t imagine are the cause. It’s loose when it happens and seriously fowl wind.

Can anyone help me work out why? She’s going to vets next week so can mention it then.

She's not being slipped extra treats or human food?

The kids drop bits sometimes, which she hoovers up, they shouldn’t be giving her extra treats though
