What are beddlington/whippets like?

Looking for views from folk with experience of these. Should we get one? We already have a small bull lurcher. Pros and cons?

@Porageeater I have one. She’s my first dog and she’s really great. I was worried about recall but she’s quite timid and never wants to be too far away (although I don’t think I’d be able to call her back from chasing a squirrel).
She’s pretty low maintenance-likes a good zoom off lead a couple of times a day and sleeps for hours in between. She hasn’t needed grooming (and I don’t think she will really), and likes playing with other dogs. She’s very affectionate and is my absolute shadow. She makes me laugh every day, but is a bit on the dim side.
Negatives-she goes bonkers if she sees a cat or a scooter.
I’ll never be without a bedlington x whippet cross again. Fully recommend 😊
