Pee and Poo schedule

I find now I'm a dog owner, I'm pee and poo obsessed 🤣
My pup is only 5 months old, poos 3 times a day, and pees maybe every couple of hours.
What do adult dogs do?
I know it's each to their own, but I was wondering roughly what to expect.

Have an 18 month old Weimaraner who now reliably poops only on his twice daily walks.

Maybe needs to pee three or four times a day.

Difference now is we're not obsessed or on tender hooks because he can hold himself longer and he asks to go out.

Completely understand and sympathise with how you feel at the moment but this too shall pass.

They do grow up and you get your sanity back 😝

DDog usually poos 3 times a day. First thing, after breakfast and after tea. She's very regular. If she's a bit poorly a change in her poo schedule is usually one of the first signs

2yo small dog, 2 poos a day, and wees every 4h but can easily hold for way longer than that.

I remember being poo and pee obsessed as well, don't worry, its normal. I had a poo & pee journal, that's how boring and obsessed I was.

I let my dogs out to the garden around 8am when they generally have a pee. Walk at 8.30, when they pee a million times and poo a couple times. Then mid afternoon out back for another pee, maybe poo. Then evening walk when they do it all again. Last night out before bed at midnight when they have a pee.
So, it could come be three walks a day, or two with two/three trips out back.

6yo beagle - poos 1-3 times a day and will go out for a wee maybe every 4-5 hours if we're at home, but will pee every couple of minutes on a walk if given the chance 😂

DDog is 4, mixed breed ex street dog, medium sized. She poos once maybe twice a day and wees about 3 times a day. She will go so long without weeing it's ridiculous (makes me envious 🤣). She asks to go out by pawing the door, and she's only ever had one accident in the house (we were out and she had diarrhea).

poo on morning walk - most day

poo on afternoon walk - if he misses this we take him out later else he’ll be up during the night.

wees - not really sure his often. Always on walks and during the day, and as others have said, can hold it for longer.

Older adult dog, rescue so not sure of exact age. Three meals + three walks = three 💩 a day. Lots of weemails too.

Three to four times a day, unless we are out for the day when it’s just one long walk iyswim

Mine too! He would wee twice a day if it were up to him, and if there’s even a sniff of rain in the air then he just won’t go 😂
