Puppy sick after worming tablet

I think I'm just being neurotic, but what does everyone think?
I gave my 20 week old pup his endoguard plus tablet this morning at around 9:30, he had a liquid poo at about 12:00. I fed him about 12:30 and he ate happily. 3:00 he was sick.
I'm guessing it's just one of those things, but am worried that the tablet might not have been fully absorbed?
He seems fine apart from being a bit quieter than normal.
TIA

Try not to worry too much! These things happen and chances are most of it has been absorbed tbh.

Some of the medication can cause some side effects (one of mine had liquid stools for about a day after Bravecto) and liquid stools and sickness is, sadly, a common side effect of many tablets. If your puppy is sick after his next meal, give the vet a quick ring if you are worried - that'll be, I presume, 12 hours later which is when I (personally) would grow worried with a young puppy.

But tbh puppies can be sick and get liquid stool over anything and everything - it might not even be related!

With that time interval all or most of it would have gone beyond being thrown up. If it happens next month ask.for a different one. My puppy was on Simparico Trio, had a few months like yours, had Bravecto for two months then swapped back and he was fine.

Thank you, it's nice to get some reassurance 😊

Not a wormer that I have used but my dogs have always without fail vommed after being wormed with Drontal+, but keep keep an eye on puppy and if he keeps being sick then check in with the vets, my dogs tended to be a one and done, but I do a worm count test on them rather than regular worming, and if showed they have worms then I would treat but my older dog is 10 years old has hasn't been wormed for 9 years now even though she regularly snacks on fox poop 💩

Our current lab reliably voms after drontal+ too. Never experienced this with previous dogs but, on asking around, it seems common. Switched to Panacur and had no further problems.
