Best food for senior dog with Chronic kidney disease AND thyroid disorder

She's 12 and also has spondylitis and arthritis.

Despite all of the above, she's an active, happy dog!

Vet said to put her on a renal diet food but it's a minefield! Nothing alludes to being good for senior, thyroid or arthritis.

All advice appreciated - she's currently on tails but nothing there suggests renal health.

Royal canine do some specialist diets that only your vet can order and it would be possible to get a renal/joint diet from them. Thyroid doesn't really need a particular diet.
Hills also do j/d|k/d which is a kidney and joint diet.
