Does anyone know what this might be on my dogs face?

I'm sorry the photos not too clear but she won't stay still! The area is raise and seems to be small, flaky, white bumps... Trying to decide whether it's a vet job. She doesn't seem bothered by it at all.

I can't see it very clearly but if you Google images of sebaceous cysts does it look like that? One of my dogs has a couple of those, one on her neck, one on her shoulder. The vet looked at them in the past and as long as they're not bothering her or growing rapidly/changing colour then they're fine.

@CarrieMoonbeams thanks for the reply. It looked alarming as it was close to her eye, but came to some sort of head- looked like a mass of skin cells, which wiped away with some salt water and cotton wool eventually. Fur seems to be re-growing now.
