Dog chugging water then projectile vomitting x2

Think dog ate a bit of poo.

So far he ilhas vomitted suspected pooey vomit. Then chugged water. Thrown up very watery vomit. Chugged water. Vomitted again. Chugged some more. Sat in garden with him now expecting another vomit.

What should I do? Take his water bowl away? Don’t really want to do that. Feels wrong.

We have some chicken breast for him but don’t want to give on a full belly (must have a whole bowl of water)

He’s happy enough sitting in garden with me right now. Thank goodness. Poor baby.

Any suggestions?

Aww he’s lying down on the lawn now having a nap. Not worried as he is 8 and just got back from a long walk. Not taking my eyes off him.

Give him ice cubes instead of water so he still gets his fluid but can't gulp it down.
