Liquid stuff for bad breath

Has anyone used this stuff that can help me with a stupid question? The directions say half a capful to 8oz water. 8oz water is virtually nothing so do you scale it up until you have filled up the dog bowl or just give them that tiny little drink followed by their normal plain water?

No help, but would be interested to know if it is any good!
