I don't know if fellow dog owners agree but late evening walks this time of year, i feel are so more motivated and fun! Lots of playing in the streams, hardly anyone around as they've been out all day! The woods are beautiful full of bluebells and other flowers! I don't know if it's just me but I love a warm evening dog walk! Alltrails app is used so much more for beautiful walks

Unfortunately for us not rivers and streams as where I live as dogs are banned from them from May to July for species preservation, but otherwise it's been a joy to wake to bright, light, early mornings and get out in the sunshine, and mild evenings that last a bit longer.

He does love jumping in the fountains though (we have 4 in the village) and dipping his beard underwater like aquaman.

Also nice that it's warm but not so hot on the tarmac that he can't go for a lunchtime walk on the days I do home office.

I'm enjoying less paw wiping, towelling, and floor mopping too. 🤣

My boy is delicately sniffing all the flowers in bloom on the street at the moment. Soppy thing. 😅

Nice warm days where they're not trailing muddy into the house are good!

I don't have a dog but I agree, our local council recently cut back all the nettles and knotweed so we can actually use the paths, the sunshine has dried out all the muddy areas and the amount of flowers in bloom is just crazy.

I don't know how to describe it but there's always a warm air smell in the evening, mixed with grass and flowers, makes me so happy

Brilliant! Did a couple of nice walks today. Tomorrow got a new one planned around a lake, finishing at a very nice cafe for lunch.

I love not having to towel dry them all when they've been outside and mot having to shut the stair gate until they are completely dry! I love walking my dogs in all weather and never stop them going in water but it makes it so much easier when they dry so quick doesn't it!
