Puppy drank water with oak leaves in it

Hi,

For genuine advice

I have 6 month old puppy and I do realise we made a mistake in terms of letting her our in the garden. Behind our garden there is an oak tree, I was aware that acorns are harmful for dogs but I didn't know about leaves and branches. I have noticed that on Thursday she was drinking from a plant pot full of water with oak leaves (I have told her not to but she did it at least twice).
We have also been to a walk in a new place (I don't think it is relevant). On Thursday evening the dog was poorly, vomiting and having upset tummy, very loose poo. She was very tired and not herself. It quiet down a bit, in the morning she was far brighter. I gave her pro-kolin and cooked chicken and rice for her. Now she is pretty much back to normal, however, she seems to urinate more often. I don't know if that is the result of driving more yesterday or not. Are there any vets to advice whether it is normal and is it likely to come back to normal?
