Testicle lump

Hi,
my puppy is 1 years old. He has always had a lump on each testicle. I was advised this was ok but as he’s grew I’ve noticed so have the lumps. Has anyone experienced this and can give me some advise please. I will add a photo and I apologise for the explicit view

My dog has it too. He's 2.5yrs old and I've noticed it since when he's about 1yrs old now i noticed that it had grown too. I'm so worried too. Anyways did you check it to your vet?
