How to relocate puppy’s garden toilet?

Hi all, we recently got a (very adorable) puppy and have been working on training him to go to the toilet outside. He’s making good progress but seems to have selected our tiny vegetable patch as his location of choice for poos.

This is the only area that my two small kids will be digging in so ideally I’d like him to choose a different spot. Is there any way of encouraging him to use a different area of the garden?

Rub some poo in the area you want him to go, and block him off from being able to get to the veg patch for now.

I agree with Dustylee, put 💩 where you want puppy to go and block off veg area.

Yep, what @DustyLee123 said.

Block off the areas you don't want him to get to and put the poo in the areas you do want him to go.

But if it's soil he's pooing in, it could be a texture "thing" so he may not adapt straight away to a different surface.

House line. Block off areas he shouldn’t go. Don’t let him just wander around doing what he wants. Use the line to guide him to the right place. Then reward him when he goes there. If he’s good motivated he’ll quickly learn to go in the right place!

We blocked off some of the garden so ds could play with no poo or wee but ddog still had plenty of space to do his business. We just built a small temp fence
