We have a dog that’s 5.5 with arthritis in front paws and shoulder and is on librella monthly gabapentin x2 amd previcox plus we give yu move plus and salmon oil ! Don’t think we can’t give much more
he likes to walk and doesn’t complain but hi near his paws by third week of librella amd he’s not happy
hes so young and hand considered Stem cell treatment.
my question is of is very expensive would need a loan and will it make much difference ?
if anyone has experience of this please share . We’re seeing an orphopaedic specialist in two weeks re management of the condition
I wonder if hydrotherapy is good as well?
just want my Poor boy to be happy so sad that these things will only get worse

My friend is a vet and did stem cell on her dog twice several years apart.
The results were fantastic

Good luck. I've only heard good things about it

Our Labrador had elbow dysplasia and developed arthritis early on. We kept her happy for years with medication and supplements but eventually we took her for stem cell treatment. It was absolutely fantastic and gave her several more years of decent walks which she couldn’t have had otherwise. Highly recommend it.

And they keep the harvested stem cells so as pp said, you can have it done again after a few years at much reduced cost.
