Abdo pain

DDog is in discomfort, lots of stretching and moping around and reluctant to jump up onto sofa / beds. He is prone to colitis but usually he goes off food, gets gurgly guts and loose stools and eats grass.
This is different as he's eating and drinking normally and stools unaffected but he's clearly uncomfortable and a bit miserable. He usually hides pain (ex street dog) so I hope he isn't in agony but pretending he's ok. Still chasing squirrels, maybe not as vigorously as usual!
Going to vet tomorrow but has anyone ideas of what it might be?

Well, in answer to my own enquiry, it's a bad back, probably brought on by too vigorous squirrel chasing 🥹

Just catching up here Op. glad you’ve sussed it. Hope he is a happier pup.

£30 on a 5 day course of anti-inflammatory tablets and he was racing around the park chasing squirrels before he'd got home for the first dose the furry idiot
One tablet earlier and he seems back to normal 😊
