full sofa covers for dogs

Hi all,
Just looking for some advice. Our sofa is getting destroyed from the the dog. I've seen some covers that go fully around it to protect from animals. They are washable I think? Does anyone have any experience of these, quality, cost etc?

Thanks!

Don’t have specific covers, I just use multiple layers of throws & fleeces, bought cheaply & easily washed & dried this weather.

Even if you get sofa covers, throws would be useful because they can be easily washed. I wash ours weekly to keep hairs and doggy smells to a minimum. Then the sofa covers are washed every 4-6 weeks also using biological washing powder.

We have hard floors in the areas of the house the dogs are allowed into, so there’s no carpet to hold dirt and smells.

You can get extra large ones from ruff and tumble that will cover the arms of the chairs. I'm not sure if it's what you're describing but they do stay put. They're still essentially a 'throw' though.

Thanks guys. I ordered some from amazon in the end. I would use throws but our lurcher likes to tumble turn on the sofa and pulls them off.
