Some advice on dog peeing please

I’m not a dog owner, but need some advice on how to make the front garden unattractive to passing dogs. Somebody is allowing their dog to pee on my front hedge every day, at least once sometimes twice. I’m seeing them on the ring camera but haven’t yet been able to catch them in time and go out to ask them to stop. - it’s not the same time every day. The hedge is now dying and I’m sick of it. I’ve sprayed vinegar, lemon, those Get Off crystals but nothing seems to work. Any advice before I lose my rag completely when I get hold of the owner? I bet he doesn’t let it piss all over his garden!

You can't, really.

A friend got a bucket of water put a bit of jeyes fluid in and brushed the pavement outside. You could use Dettol I guess. She also bought a little round road type sign which a council guy suggested. I'll try and find a link for you

Thankyou @justasking111 , I’ll get some Jeyes tomorrow and order a sign. I just find it so disrespectful.

We've a pheasant berry bush that our dog invariably uses, plays hell with the lawn in the summer 😓
