Puppy sling

Hi

We are due to bring home our cocker puppy in a couple of weeks and I want to be able to take her out and about with me once she’s settled in.

I'm looking for recommendations for a puppy sling or carrier so I can have her next to me. I remember slings being a minefield with human babies and obviously don’t want to hurt her but I do want to socialise her (and reduce cabin fever for me)

Just carry her that's what I did with mine, under my coat. It's only for a few weeks until they've had their jabs.

Try walking on a lead, jabs are at 10 weeks and no responsible breeder releases them before 8 weeks anyway. My vet said it was fine to lead walk in an urban area even before vaccination but to avoid other dogs, and obvious sources of possible infection. Avoid water like streams in particular. By 11 weeks ddog was off lead

I bought one on eBay and sold it back there for a similar amount. We used it from 8-11 weeks so barely anything, wouldn’t overthink the brands etc.

Hi, I am so glad I found the original thread on here. I collected my gorgeous 3 month old puppy last week to live with me and my 12 year old dog. I was so excited but then.... wtf happened? My old panic attacks are back. Am I going to be a good dog mum? Will she ever get toilet trained/stop chewing/be quiet in her crate etc. etc. Will I ever be able to go out without the dogs for more than 2 hours (but less than 4) ever again . It was such a relief to find I'm not the only one to feel this way. Is there anyone here with a pup of similar age (3 months) who'd like to correspond on here to exchange experiences?
