Our 1.5 year old medium labradoodle was supposed to have a keyhole spay yesterday but the keyhole machine broke whilst she was under, so we agreed to a full old-style spay rather than wake her and put her under again at another date.
I picked her up 24 hours ago after an overnight stay. She is very sleepy, and cries 30 mins or so before her painkillers are due, but is eating and urinating normally. The wound looks ok.
However she hasn't yet pooed! It's been more than 48 hours since her last poo. At what stage do I need to worry?
