Help. Have an English setter who seems to leave fur everywhere. Currently have a shark lift away which isn’t up to the job ( brushes get blocked) any recommendations? Dog only on hard floors but clothes carry the fur upstairs where it is carpeted

I am interested in replies. Currently have a Dyson animal, old. It is good but not great. Don't really want to pay Dyson prices for a new one. Looking at the shark Stratos pet Cordless, which sounds great.

Yes I have the Shark you mentioned and it is fab. It replaced a Dyson which drove me crackers and had zero issues so far!

I’ve got a Eufy for day to day light cleaning and I’ve just bought a good old Henry as I’ve had every pet Hoover from every manufacturer and they are all shite, Henry is powerful and does the job nicely!

Our builder uses Henry’s green cousin ( can’t remember that fellas name ) and the amount of brick and plaster he picks up is incredible!

I’ve got an old hoover, which is pretty useless, & a Henry which is great on hard floors, harder on carpets.
Best things I’ve found after using the hoover is a rubber broom, amazing what it gets up. Then once a month going over the carpets with a Vax Platinum washer which is brilliant, amazing what hair it gets up when you think there is none!

Dyson is shite
Think all cordless are not powerful enough to cope with life - let alone pets!
I've recently rehomed the hound (but had a cat and horse already, so aware of hair and mud!) - I've had a Henry for ages - I hate the barsteward - but he does the job

Most recent revelation though - rubber broom! Omg that thing is amazing!

Miele Cat and Dog. I'm on my third and the turbo brushes are awesome (I need to get out more...).

If anyone I’d thinking of a Henry, I love ours though need the rubber broom for carpets afterwards, I was in Lidl today & they are selling Henry in the middle aisle.
