Fleas ! Advice on cleaning dog bed please

Advocate stopped working on our doggo and the vet seems to think there is a flea infestation in our house. Grim. We have treated her and are moving on to cleaning the F out of everything this weekend.
Doggo has two fabric beds - the covers do come off for washing but they are a nightmare to put back on (almost impossible without ruining the bed). I am tempted to ditch them and replace with wicker baskets to fill with blankets which can be more easily washed in the future. Alternatively can I just spray the fabric beds with flea killer like Indorex ? Have not used before so I don't know how bad it smells etc.

I use vet bed as bedding. You can clean the shit out of it literally and it comes back for more. Mine is 20 years old and still going strong.

It is expensive but it will literally last the life of your dog and in our case, on to the next one!

You can’t spray bedding with indorex iirc. There are a few pet safe ones, most of them are useless but I think the healthy dog co one is meant to be ok and can be used on bedding
