overblanket for dog ?

an old terrier boy gets a bit cold at night...wondering if a small electric overblanket would help?
are they safe pls?

does anyone use one?

I'm not sure I would trust an electric blanket tbh. Mine do have blankets over though, once it's colder

Our dogs sleep in our kitchen, which gets pretty cold mid winter. They wear fleece rugs and we also tuck them in. They love it!

OP, I got my dog a snuggle pad last year for Christmas. She was very unsure at first and even now she won't curl up on/around it. Once she's settled down to sleep, I gently move the pad so its touching a bit of her and she sleeps soundly. She sleeps in bed with me so she does also have a wool duvet over her! My elderly cat had a heatpad in her basket and it really made it cosy for her. For a dog I'd get a little fleece coat for nighttime so he doesn't lose it, or as a terrier he might like to burrow into a tunnel bed/ snuggle sack

Mine love a blanket...

We sometimes use the snughlesafe pads that we put in the rabbit’s run for the cats/dogs baskets too. They all love them. Just takes ages heating all six up!
