Am so sorry. We had to have our last boy PTS January just shy of his 18th birthday. He was such a character,a phalanx, but would take on a rotti
He was just "there" for ever,all my friends knew him. Unfortunately, I don't know how to post pictures. When you are ready,tell us something about him.❤️❤️❤️

Phalane, bloody phone!!

He had the harshest type of lymphoma.He was fine 2 weeks ago.It happened so fast.He was the absolute best.

We lost our seven year old dog two weeks ago (also suddenly). It's heart-breaking, and leaves such a whole in your life. Be kind to yourself, and hold your memories close.

@Spiderlight. I'm so sorry. It's just so difficult.

@PrincessHoneysuckle We are doing OK thank you. The shock has receded at least. But we just miss her so much.

I am trying to hold on to the fact that it's so hard because she was such a large and positive presence in our lives. We have lost so much because we had so much before.

Sending you strength and solidarity. It's very hard, but we will get there a step at a time.

I'm so so sorry for your loss. My old black labrador has been "off" for the passed couple of days. Just made an appointment with the vet tomorrow, and I just know it's going to be bad news. I can't stop hugging and stroking her. My heart is breaking already at the thought of losing her. Sending hugs x

I’m so sorry. Am sending my thoughts. We lost ours in June aged 2.5. Looks like they had genetic condition. Still broken.

we had to have one of ours PTS yesterday. I’m heart broken. She was 12 and I’ve known it was coming for a while as she had a tumour which we chose not to operate on as due to another condition and her age vet thought she’d have a less than 10% chance of surviving the op. Despite the lump and other condition she was fine a week ago, still running about and loving life and the suddenly she wasn’t fine and we had to say good bye. It all happened so quickly and we’re all devastated. She was our puppy, I delivered her, we still have her mum, she’s still going strong. It’s heart breaking to see her waking around looking for her daughter.

she was a reasonable age and she’d had a full life, but it’s still tough. I can only imagine how tough it must be to loose them before their time. Hugs.
