What is this please?

Sorry if this sounds daft but what is this on my dogs foot near between his toes? Could it be a mole or a wart? My partner seems to think it’s a tick but ticks aren’t pink are they?

I think it's an interdigital cyst.

I agree it looks like a cyst and it may be painful. Isaderm ( prescription) has worked well for my dog in the past, but meantime wash it with warm salty water. Avoid tea tree or aloe vera

I agree it’s an interdigital cyst. Like the OP say, bathe with warm salty water and vets for topical treatment.
