Does anyone use Butternut Box? Would you recommend?

My dog trainer has a code for 75% off the first box so I was considering giving it a go. Just thought I'd ask if anyone here rates it before I do Smile

We use it. Really good quality, the dog loves it but she's a lab and she likes almost everything. I like the convenience of having it delivered and a big stash in the freezer though I have to remember not to buy ice cream after a delivery as our freezer is quite small.

we’ve used it for 4 years now, my dogs love it and it is quality food, easy to store and serve. Give it a try!

We use it, great quality and my dog literally jumps with excitement every meal time.

Customer service is also good. We have used them for 18 months and only had one single blip that was due to the courier not Butternut Box. The courier ran out of time and went back to depot despite the manifest telling them that they should not do this as it is a frozen product. Butternut Box were super apologetic, arranged a replacement that arrived within 48 hours and gave us a 50% discount.

Prices have as expected gone up a little on various flavours such as lamb and game so its always best to keep an eye on the price list every month or so.

I have two freezers so I don't mind the space it takes up (2 drawers) but if you have less space it could be problematic especially at Christmas if you need extra space.

I usually have 2 or 3 pouches defrosting in the fridge, I heat half a pouch up for 30 seconds in the microwave to take the chill off it.

Its a great product but my dog is small so only has a pouch a day, I think if she was a bigger dog I would struggle to justify the cost.

I was reeled in by a special offer but unlike all others I’ve stuck with it. The dog is fussy (won’t eat kibble) and sensitive to grain and other things and he’s doing so well on it. All shiny and not itchy. So I stick with it even though I think it costs more than my food

Very reliable and good customer service.
Our dog had many allergies but could still have some of their meals.
She loved their chicken treats and mini sausages.
When she died earlier this year they sent flowers which was a nice touch.

We got reeled in at an exhibition about eighteen months ago. Have to agree with other posters it's good stuff though. Our elderly dogs have much glossier coats an are doing well on it.

We use it, great quality as other have said and suits our dog.

Only thing to watch out for is the quantities recommended can be a bit off - I have an active working breed and he needs double the amount they suggest so it’s expensive!!
