PLEASE recommend an indestructible ball

Looking after a very chewy small dog with sharp teeth. His owner supplied a rubber spiky ball which lasted about 2 minutes. I was throwing the ball for play, not giving it to him as a chew, but he had chewed it to bits by the time I got to him. He loved chasing it, but it isn't safe. He has yak chews which he loves, so ample opportunity for chewing. 8 months old so has all his adult teeth.

Chuckits are amazing balls. They do a range of types- luminous ones for poor light, random bounce ones, squeaky ones. As far as I'm concerned they are Border Collie approved (and when it comes to balls BCs know what they are about...)

Scooby doo balls from BnM. Amazing! Only thing my jack Russell hasn’t destroyed. You can also get them on Amazon, same thing but doesn’t say scooby doo.

Just coming back to update: Owner supplied a solid, supposedly indestructible rugby shaped ball via amazon. That lasted about a day. We gave up on the idea of a ball and just threw the yak chew instead.

We might try a chuck it ball in time for the next visitation.

OK, so I have been testing The Wunderball on my German Shepherd Zena for the past 6 weeks and it is still very much in one piece. It is solid natural rubber so it can't actually be punctured but it is softer and lighter than other solid balls we have tried, so it is much more fun to play with. In fact with solid balls she is usually not keen but she is still really into this one.

To put my GSD into context... she can destroy a BLACK KONG in less than 20 minutes. I timed her once for a Kong challenge 😮

I'm never sure about those Boomer balls. My terrier got one jammed in his jaw once. Quite scary. They have no give at all, so it can and does happen.

Try a golf ball.

Please don’t use a golf ball. Chuck It are great, expensive but last forever and bounce really well.

Not sure if you are trying to be funny or if you don't realise but a golf ball is a really bad idea. Much too hard and could easily take out teeth. Also inside is very dangerous for a dog's guts.

Oh and way too small for most dogs. Could easily get jammed.

Thanks for all the recommendations of chuckit balls I hope they are good . Ordering xmas stuff for my girl and threw a couple in the basket . They apparently make noise and whistle through the air . I didn't order the launcher though .
