Is this a tick?

I've only ever seen dark ticks on my boy but just noticed this, at first thought it might be a skin tag but thinking a tick.

I would say so, can you gently roll it to the side to see ?

Pretty sure it’s a tick, you can see what look like its legs

Looks like a small cyst. Mast cell or similar.

have a look at that link. That’s what an attached tick looks like, kind of standing on end. If this is attached all over as it were it’s more likely a growth / cyst of some kind. In which please see your vet.
