Any vets? Male has large nipple pics included

My almost 3 year old male boxer has one large nipple. Doesn’t seem bothered by it and I will give the vets a call on Monday but obviously I googled which was stupid.

Anyone had anything similar?

My golden retriever had something like this. All of his nipples were enlarged. The vet said this was feminization. In his case, it turned out to be caused by hormones being produced by a testicular tumour. When the tumour was removed, the condition completely disappeared, along with a terrible skin problem involving horrific itching and loss of huge patches of fur. His coat is now back to its former glory. The tumour itself turned out to be benign, thankfully.

Don’t know if you’ve been to the vet since posting, but can you get any online vet advice via your insurance company?
