Looking for a custom made crate

Hi,
We are getting our first Labrador puppy in 6 weeks and trying ti figure out options for car travel.

I have a 5 door seat Ibiza and my 2 children will be in the back, so would prefer a crate or something safe for the boot.

Any ideas of custom made crash tested crates?? Struggling to find a crate for my car but they must exist!! Transk9 don't have any.

There's a few crate companies on Facebook that can custom make crates to fit your particular vehicle.

Barjo are the market leaders and very good. Not cheap but good second hand resale.

Hamster baskets are another.

You may be better with a guard and tailgate guard. I had this in my last estate car as I competed in agility. My current car is 14 years old and the puppy isn’t ready yet so we’ve got a crate for now but if I had a car I was going to keep for 10 years plus I’d definitely consider it again. I picked mine up second hand.

Barjo and Hamster basket are not crash tested. Hamster basket are great fitting but very little strength.
