Small injury on ear that won't heal

My black lab has a tiny crusty injury on her ear flap, on the underneath. It is crusty and a little weepy, and it doesn't seem to heal. She flinched a little if I touch it, but doesn't seem in pain. She doesn't worry at it. It about 5mm.
I'll take her to the vets, but I just wondered if anyone had had this before?

Sounds like it needs antibiotics

Could be skin cancer. Take her to the vets
