Labrador late season? Normal?

Is a normal for a dogs season not be regular? My lab had her first heat age 9 months on the 10th May 22 and her second on the 10th December ( so 7months apart ). I was expecting her third season around 10th of July but we are still waiting, her vulva doesn’t look swollen. Is this normal or should I get her checked by the vet. I’m obviously cautious incase she’s having some kind of silent season and I’m still talking her for walkies ( always on a lead ).
She is 2 year old in August

Young dogs can have less regular seasons that become more and more predictable as they mature (between 2-3 years old).

What's her behaviour like? Any signs of that reflecting a season even if her vulva is not?
