Can you give Puppys salmon oil and omega 3 together.

I’d check with your vet or vet nurse. Surely if a puppy is on the right diet, maybe with some healthy treats, they wouldn’t need any supplements unless to ease a specific condition?

Just want to improve his fur/ skin.

Is it really dull or dry? How old?

I would not do this. At least check with your vet or a nutritionist. His skin and the should be pristine!

His skin fur is ok he's just had a vet check a couple of weeks back.he's been to the dog grommets today and she said his fur looks to be thin. But don't think he's got his full coat yet. He has James welbeloved. Turkey dry dog food. And same with wet food.

How old and what breed? most dogs don't get their proper coat growing in until they are 6 months, I have a Shih Tzu and his coat is feeling dry and a little tangly but that is because it's his puppy coat and you can see/feel his proper coat beginning coming through.

He's 23 weeks old and a cockapoo.

Same age as my boy, so it could be his coat changing, as I said above the ends of my pups coat is very dry and knotty, if your boy is on a decent diet, then I'm sure it's just his age.
