Looking for advice /help . My 9 year old yorkie has always slept in my bedroom . Sometimes on my bed , sometimes on floor , sometimes in her bed under my bed . 3 weeks ago she came to bed and started panting and shaking , non stop . It went on all night . I took her to vets following day . He said she had an anal gland infection and gave her antibiotics . Same thing happened for next 2 nights . Took her back to vets and he prescribed Calmex tablets . They did nothing . I've got her a calming collar , a diffuser and some spray from Pets at home . Since using all these I have had 2 or 3 better nights , but in general she is still terrible at night . She won't settle , she constantly goes to back door as if she needs a wee but when I open door either backs away or goes out and just stands waiting to come back in . She pants so hard I'm scared she's going to have a heart attack . Sorry for long post but I'm desperate for help .

I would take her back to the vets for a thorough check up to make sure she's not in pain. I would also be concerned about doggy dementia.
