Dog is due to be spayed next week, today I’ve noticed a discharge/milk from two nipples. She has big nipples, but has had them since her season (she’s only had one, one year old). Does the milk definitely mean it’s a phantom (I’m 99.99% sure she can’t be pregnant, I’ve watched her like a hawk!). Any advice on stuff I need to do for her?
