Split claw

Just after some advice about my dogs split claw please.

I've attached (or tried to) a picture of it but you can’t see it very well.

he isn’t limping and it hasn’t bled but he keeps licking it. Is this a leave it alone job or an off to the vets job??

With mine I just clipped the claw down and filed it smooth. Not a vet job unless it won't stop bleeding or it gets infected.

Doesn’t need a vet.
Try to stop him licking it if possible though.
