Any vets about? Apoquel question

Ddog gets repeated ear infections and our vet has recommended we try Apoquel.

Started a low dose on Thursday (she's 26kg -and on 8mg twice a day), and whilst it seems to be working on her ears (she's stopped pawing at them and shaking her head and is brighter in herself), yesterday and today her behaviour is odd, very demanding, whining and getting wound up if she can't have her own way (she's only prev been like this on steroids), she's vomited indoors this morning which she never does, and DH said she was struggling to poop on the walk.

Can I just stop the Apoquel today and call the vet Monday to discuss? They don't work Saturdays so I can't call them.

My dog's been on Apoquel before and when she switched to cytopoint the vet said just stop them.. no need to taper them or anything.
I don't know if you have seen this link, but it has good info on Apoquel.. inc some more unusual side effects

Apoquel side effects- a veterinary dermatologist's experience

Apoquel is overall a wonderful medication for the treatment of atopic dermatitis in dogs. There are a few things veterinarians and owners should monitor.

@StillMedusa thank you! That article is borderline worrying 😟. I didn't give her any yesterday and she was more herself. I'm keeping her off them today as well, and I'll call the vet tomorrow.
