Has anyone got any experience of dealing with this? Poor pup (18 months) has always had a weak stomach and is often sick foamy yellow bile in the early hours of the morning. I've tried different foods, feeding late at night etc but he is either super fussy or feeling queasy as he just is not into food. Vets latest suggestion was Omeprazole which worked for a couple of weeks but as soon as hes come off it hes worse. Gone from being sick maybe once a week to almost every day. Apart from this he is a very happy pup, doesnt seem unhappy/in pain. I know its not a rare condition so just hoping others might have some tips that have worked for them. He's a tiny breed so not eating means he very quickly drops into underweight territory
