We use Plaque-X which is pretty much the same thing AFAIK - it seems to work well for our beagle but you do need to use it everyday :)

I didn’t find it worked , we use aquadent in his water bowls and that seems to help

Use plaque off combined with dried natural chews for our 3.5 yr old beagle. Just had her 6 monthly health check and told her teeth were looking good and to continue with what we are doing.
